Terms of Service

ORDERS:
 

As the majority of our orders are custom orders, they are made to order, meaning there is a wait time. Depending on the amount of orders that come through and the size of project, wait times will always vary. Example: a wallet is a 1-2 week lead time, whereas a duffle bag/handbag can be 4-8 weeks. We will let you know your lead time at the order placement time according to where you sit in queue. After the item is made it is then typically shipped within 2 days of completion. 

Orders are fulfilled in the sequence that they are received. This prevents a customer from getting their project pushed back in the queue. This ensures fair and proper treatment of all customers.


SHIPPING:

Customers in Canada
We ship all products through Canada Post. We select the cheapest mailing option to keep costs reasonable. Within Canada we offer tracking numbers with every order. The only products that do not receive a tracking number is letter mail, as some wallets are thin enough to ship this way. You can pay extra to ship with tracking for these if requested beforehand. Rates are calculated according to size and weight of items. 

Customers in USA
We ship all products through Canada Post. We select the cheapest tracked parcel option to ensure your package arrives or can be located if lost along the way in worst case scenario. 

International Customers
We ship all products Canada Post. We select the cheapest tracked parcel option to ensure your package arrives or can be located if lost along the way in worst case scenario.

Customers wishing to pick up orders 
For customers who are local to Victoria and wish to pick up their order, please type in "PICKUP" in the discount code box when checking out. This makes your shipping cost $0.


PAYMENT
We accept PayPal or Credit Card. Just select your payment option when you checkout.


REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
All sales are final. However, if there is a malfunction or failure that occurs, we will offer a complete refund or exchange upon return receipt and complete product inspection first.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Since all leather hides are each unique and different, not all products will look the same. That is why we love working with leather, no two pieces will ever look identical. This is why we love that each customer has a 'one of one' piece of their own.

If you see a specific leather on our site from a previous project that you would like for your custom order and it happens to not be available at the time, we will offer similar options. Availability of leather varies depending on supply and demand, though we will likely be able to find you a very close alternative option for your project. Leather and hardware can sometimes take weeks to be delivered to us so keep this in mind for custom orders.
